The many faces… | Children’s Photography | Queen Creek, AZ
He was definitely not at a lack for ideas!
The Perfectly Posed | Mesa, AZ Photography
I usually have children running to and fro… but these guys were experienced. They have this perfect “huddle” pose. It was like they had been doing this for years. We grab a spot, I set up my camera, look up, and they are in position, ready to roll.

Super cute kids, super cute mom. We were trying white and black as the background… What do you think? Actually, I am now in love with a new background… it will be a surprise. I am going to do a session with it in March. oooh, aren’t you so excited? : )

Most of the time, I try to get true kid stuff-their real smile, real laughter, real goofiness… this is real! This is his favorite thing to do. He actually thought it was so cool that he could bring it to his photo session! Talk about easy to please! Now, if his mom would only hang this! This certainly tells his story and captures a stage in life…

For a bunch of girls who play volleyball, it was sure hard for them to coordinate a kick line! Loved seeing them laugh, struggle, and work in a bit of team work! They were all so kind hearted and beautiful. They clean up really well! On the court, I am sure they are one tough crowd! :)
Children’s Photography | Mesa, AZ | Eyes
I have this issue, sorta like a pet peeve… its about eyes. First, I am not a fan of over processed eyes! Ya know what I mean? Too colorful, too white, etc. I should go find a picture that I did when I was first learning PS. Oh boy, I really worked the eyes and it was not good. Anyhow, the second pet peeve is out of focus eyes, or should I say oh so slightly out of focus eyes. I have more than my fair share “oh so slightly out of focus” eyes. Here is a little one with awesome eyes. She stared into the camera! I love the color (untouched with PS) and I like the focus but what about catchlights. I love that I can see my stance through her eyes. Are eyes really the windows to one’s soul? (are you noting the ever changing watermark? If you want to give me direction/help and feedback, please do!)

I am working on a watermark. I can’t decide how I want it to look, if its important, what I want and where I want it. In the meantime, enjoy the array of options and changes until I am settled on something (and the same cute family-more outtakes).

Oh goodness… All of these kids were SO full of personality! They were certainly my entertainment for a couple of hours. They danced and were goofy but had so much fun together.
